In Canada the Adventure Smart Trip Planning app makes it really easy to create and share plans with family or friends. Fat Maps, and Gaia GPS are good for route plans.

Just some additional resources for the different topics:
Avanalache-Bulletin in Switzerland
slf.ch - the website of the snow and avalanche research institute. They also make these bulletins/forecasts.
Weather:
meteoblue.com - great resources for all kind of weather charts from wind directions in different altitudes to multimodel-forecasts (global)
meteoswiss.admin.ch - the federal office of meteorology and climatology, a good general weather forecast, just to get a basic idea of what happens.
Maps
map.geo.admin.ch - the official maps of Switzerland, great also to use the huge database which is in there, like e.g. wildlife protection areas, terrain steepness, ski touring map etc.
norgeskart.no - something similar but for Norway
Plan A intended route, Plan B lower risk route, Plan C pizza and beer.
Plan C sounds nice right after both plan A and B... 😁
