    There was really a lot here. There was little green grass, rather overgrown, dry grass. It must have taken a lot of work, but the result is brilliant. The owner must be happy that someone has taken it on and should be satisfied. Thank you!💯👍👍🌿

      Thank you Jana! The owner was very happy to get the lawn properly serviced. With it being on a regular schedule now, it’s gonna be real easy to maintain.

    Well the drought has hit your area, I can see septic line... from green stripes in lawn.... a treasure trove of rubbish/trash to pick up along the way. You've got alot of bushes and tree limbs to address and clip back!!!!
    You've picked a awesome yard to tidy up. It's going to be so nice and tidy when completely done. It's amazing how nature, goes fallow and turns grass dormant brown, then water hits it.... and POOF - it's green again. Man that street "ditch" is a beast with over growth! You are seriously rocking out on that weed whacker!
    I applaud 👏 you on this yard, it's a beastie

      Thank you very much Dana! I found the green grass from the septic line to be very interesting. But I’m glad it was the only area that’s that thick.
      This property will get more love on a regular basis from now on. Should be a nice and easy once things are cleaned up.

    Looks much better! That property was strange. It looks like there’s more weeds than grass and then suddenly there’s a patch of thick, green grass. It looks a bit like somebody gave the homeowner a bag of grass seed and they emptied the bag in one fling.

      Thank you Janis! Yes, the tall grass definitely is a huge hazard. It’s best to keep it cut down to a short length so that in case of a fire it doesn’t have much fuel to work with.

    A little tip, soak your trimmer string in a bucket of water the night before, it will strengthen the fibers in the string.

      Does it works

    • @YOUTUBEISRANBYRETARDS
      @YOUTUBEISRANBYRETARDS Před rokem +1

      @@efrenvenegas3346 Absolutely. When you buy string from your local dealers they generally have their supplies in hot dry buildings or warehouses that aren't climate controlled. They are usually in there for long storage time which dries out the string making it lose its durability, so soaking your string will rehydrate it making it hard to break.

    • @golovinpropertyservices
      @golovinpropertyservices Před rokem

      I haven’t had many issues with the string, but I’ll give it a try sometime to see. I know the line becomes brittle after some time, but this one puts up a pretty good fight nevertheless.
