London Broils - The Canadian Version

Welcome back to Then We Eat!
Have you ever had a London Broil?
You may be asking, what is a London Broil?
Well, depending on if you are English or Canadian it could be two totally different things.
In England, a London Broil is a grilled piece of marinated beef, then cut across the grain into thin strips.
In Canada, it’s more or less a pork burger wrapped in bacon and beef.
Today, Chris is here to show you how to make Canada’s London Broil.
It may not seem like it but these are quite easy to make and are incredibly delicious.

4 Strips Bacon
2 lb Ground Pork
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP Smoked Paprika
1 TBSP Parsley
