This is a 2-4 player game in which players roll dice in order to gain cards as points. When the deck runs out, the player with the most points wins the game.
Monster Ngo. This really cool game could be called Monster Ngo since we're going for the Monster cards in the top row. Thanks for coming up w/ this fun game! Especially fun when you have bored kids around & have only a deck of cards & some dice on hand. 🖒
Reminds me of star realms some and I like it. Would be cool if there was a way to remove cards from your deck to make it easier to filter out the weaker cards that only give you a few chances or able to purchase weaker cards for your deck
Sorry moonhawk x, some error occurred that deleted your comment. Haven't thought of a name for this game since I made a much better version. Will try to post it up sometime!
do we have to declare whether we wanna roll for the exact value or do a critical roll? or can we just roll in general and then whichever comes up first is valid? example: the monster card is 4. i first decide that i wanna do a critical roll using 1 die. but the die rolls a 4 suddenly. does this count, even tho i wanted to do critical roll?
So if the first card I flip from my hand is an ace, do I get 11 tries to get one of the monster cards? And if I get that card in less rolls than 11, do I get to go for another monster card until my turns are gone? Also, can you purchase more than one card in the purchase phase?
When it comes to your first question, I'm not quite sure. It isn't quite made clear, I'm not sure whether you would have 1 roll or 11 rolls to get the monster card you're going for. As for your second question, it seems like what was shown here is one turn, and once you're done with all of these steps, someone you're playing with goes next and takes their turn.
Actually, it seems like you can choose whether to roll one or two dice to go for whatever card you're trying to purchase. However, if you're going for a card that's less than 6, the odds are somewhat more in your favor if you roll one die.
So best for points would be two-five with one dice. You have 1 in 3 chance to get it. Getting Ace is 1 in 36 chance for 3 points. Royals are 1 in 9 chance for 2 points. Six is 1 in 6. Seven is 7 in 36. Eight is 1 in 6. Nine is 1 in 12. Interesting game, I like math and odds. The worst card to go for would be 9 or Ace.

XENO Deadnite I went in the comments just to see if someone wrote this lol
do u use jokers
so when do we know we gonna use 1 die or 2 dice?
If you try to get a 2,3,4,5,6 you can use only one dice

The chance of getting an ace is 1 in 6 since the chance of rolling a critical is 1 in 6
