  • Demonstrates all the equipment, supplies and procedures to professionally strip and re-coat hospital floors. Reviews the steps environmental services professional should follow for stripping and finishing floors. Shows how to apply finish in two ways: Using mop marked for this use only or; by using floor finish microfiber mop applicator with special tubing to dispense floor finish from bag. Microfiber applicator system reduces labor cost by as much as 70%, reduces finish usage by up to 35%, easy to apply finish in corners and along baseboards, helps eliminate mops and buckets. The greatest value of refinishing is building resistance to soil and easier maintenance. The floor will also last longer, saving the building owner from having to replace it before its time.

I’ll tell u now that pad is one of the best thing my manager over showed me it’s called a S.P.P pad you don’t even need stripper just throw water on the floor and use that thin pad it leaves the floor wayyyy more extra shiny I’m at work now and I did these hallways a month ago and it’s still shiny like I just did it a week ago 💪🏾

He used a surface prep pad. He did not strip the wax off the floor. He probably used water on the floor. You would never put floor stripper in a busy area as the floor could be uneven.
S.P.P.s work in rooms that are dirty but don't have alot of deep scratches. The positive is that you usually only have to apply one coat of wax. Alot less effort is required than stripping a floor.

These SPP pads are used for scrub and recoats and you must put two coats of wax.

The part where he doesn't show rinsing the floor, or the part where he starts on the wet part where its giong to be extremely slippery while operating the machine? Or the biggest lawsuit part where he says to do half the floor so people can walk past while you are stripping the other half?
I honestly dont know how hospitals do it, but I can only assume they either do a dry sanding method and then apply wax with a UV machine that dries it as it applies or they close aeras off periodically.
