01) Rock: 497 damage. Aims for most damage (without Counter Hit, MAX Mode activation and Stun) starting with 0.5 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.
02) Vanessa: 521 damage. Aims for most damage (without Counter Hit, MAX Mode activation and Stun) starting with 1.0 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.
03) Heidern: 654 damage. Aims for most damage (without Counter Hit, MAX Mode activation and Stun) starting with 2.0 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.
04) Chris: 855 damage. Aims for most damage (without Counter Hit, MAX Mode activation and Stun) starting with 3.0 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.

Ryo is insane in this patch I think. He’s had a lot of doors opened for him in all aspects of his game which is great!
Now he needs the Mr.Karate costume
The Master of Kyokugenryu is hitting like a truck!! I'm really satisfied with the way my boi Ryo plays rn, and I sincerely hope SNK keeps it that way. He deserves it! OSU!! 👊🐉
(I just wish they added his Raijinsetsu back tho... I really miss this move in his gameset)

Well violent Kain has seemingly added ryo to his main team.
Luong, K' and Iori have some great combo potential in this patch.
Definitely enjoyed watching this KOF 15 combo showcase of Ryo Sakazaki
He is my 4th favorite fighter in the King Of Fighters series!!!!!
hope this doesn't age poorly but looks like Ryo has some trouble opening people up from what I've seen on some streams/matches.
I think that's a fair trade to not make him OP with this amount of corner damage and corner carry potential.

Are you gonna do this with all character or only characters with major changes ?
I currently only plan to make videos for characters with major changes for multiple reasons such as I'm also working on other projects right now therefore KoF XV is kind of a lower priority and there's obviously going to be future balance patches as well but if I ever have a ton of free time, I could always release more KoF XV videos even if the character has minimal changes.

I really like these changes but Ryo sorely needs to have an air-special, a command grab/melee attack and his Raijinsetsu.
All of which he has had before. I am tired of this KOF13/2009 basic move-set.
However, SNK is finally starting to SLOWLY build Ryo back by adding the A+C special and full-screen Kou'ken.
Giving him another special would probably have balancing issues unless they give it a niche or non-combo use.
Although I agree that they really are simplifying them too much

I think he's broken in this update
Not broken, some of these combos require a ton of meter and work only in/Close to corner position. Iori, Kyo, Luong and Kohnen can do similar damage with similar meter. Iori and Luong can even do from mid screen.
he deals 150 more damage than other characters with corner jump in heavy combo or 3 bar, that's his only strength, but he lacks good neutral buttons, thus he is not broken at all
@@srseki agreed, slow buttons with tons of recovery frames. Can't be broken, he's clearly not at par with S1 Krohnen, Kula, Yashioro and Jenet. Iori does 800+ damage from anywhere in screen and 1000 damage in corner.
What an ugly LV3 in this game. Did the developers even play at 13? It was the best neo max DM in the game. The animation, slow motion and impact were amazing. Not like it's shit.
Someone who knows Japanese, write to SNK to look at 13 and fix it.
