Ghana’s Best Okro Stew.

Okro Stew with banku is my favorite Ghanaian meal!! In this video I show you the simple way to make it. You don’t necessarily need to use all the kinds of meat I used, do it to your preference. Thank you for watching!!!🤗🤗🤗
Ingredients
Okro
Baking soda
Palm oil
Fermented fish
Cured salted beef
Tripe
Wele
Crabs
Snails
Blend of onions, tomatoes (remove seeds), scotch bonnet peppers and garlic
Smoked mackerel
Cooked garden eggs
Seasoning cube
Salt
Spice mix of ginger, garlic, cloves, coriander and grains of selim for steaming the tripe
