I love your Inktober sketchbook. You did great. I thought this yearâs prompts were quite a challenge. I like the crabby baby and the farm animals. I used a red pen to draw for scrape. Not my best but I still like it. Thanks so for sharing for Inktober journey.
So many wonderful creations, Sarah! I think you've embodied the spirit of Inktober perfectly! My favorite is the spilled wine, but the ones you created with ballpoint pens really turned out amazing. đ
I finally got to sit down and watch this, it was lovely to see a new video from you. I think you smashed Inktober, fantastic art for all of them. I love that you tried so many different new supplies, and I think the affirmations and points to remember stuck in as well were very powerful. Thank you for sharing â€ïž
So love your art, ideas, and creativity. And to think you did this during a period of creative block...! Really happy that you're back and look forward to more of your inspiring and wonderful content.
Really pleased to see a video from you Sarah. I think that you mentioned that you had been unwell in your last video and Iâm relieved to see that youâre still continuing with your excellent paintings.
An incredible collection of ink drawings and successful experiments. One of my favorites is "Scurry" from day 2. The variety of subjects and mediums is amazing! You put so much thought and care into each prompt, were you able to complete one per day?! Bravo to your skills and to overcoming art block. Oh, and a burger is definitely a meal, not a snack! LOL.
Thank you so much Diane! I did one prompt per day except on the days I work so some days I did two. It was fine though and I really enjoyed the challenge! ...Reassured that you think a burger is a meal too!! đ
Itâs lovely to see you back again, Sarah⊠Iâve been wondering how you are. Thank you so much for taking us on this beautiful and inspiring trip through your Inktober experience. Perhaps you can see problems with some of these pieces but I, certainly, canât⊠well done!
Hullo Sarah! Wonderful video and extraordinary ideas too! I have a few sticks of Derwent Inktense Blocks! I desire the full set of 72 but the 16 sticks I have , have ben adequate so far. I have been watching videos by Liz Chatterton and she has a recipe for watercolor ground using gesso and modeling paste maybe you could look into that on her channel? I believe you completed this InkTober in the best fashion. Wonderful artworks and experimentation with new to you supplies! I am glad that you are feeling up to posting new videos, it is good to see your charming art once again! Oh A Burger is a meal just thought I might offer my opinion as it is my favorite meal! See ya next video!
Hello again! I'm so glad you liked the sketchbook tour. I've been tempted by the inktense blocks myself too, but since pulling out all of my ink supplies, I've realised that I have quite enough to keep me busy -for now at least!.... I'm also very happy you agree with me on the burger front!! đđ

Girl... you are too good ;) I love it all! Thanks for the tips for art block, I'm strugling with that right now... About snacks... I think a whole hamburguer is not an snack, but a mini hamburguer, the ones you can eat as a canapé in a party with one hand, they are snacks! So you both are right :P
So kind, thank you! Oh, and I agree with you about the mini hamburgers! đ
