Just got one today and I love it. Amazon has them for 25.79. I think the lantern will be plenty for fishing on the shoreline instead of me having to bring my ... pain in the ass ...coleman pump up double mantle fuel lantern. I have dozens of 21700 cells so I'm good to go. I even ordered two more for my sons. Thanks for the review. It helped me decide on pulling the trigger on buying it. Have you tested ot under water yet? I would like to know.
I didnt need another light lol, but I just picked the SC03 up on a flash sale for about $10 US without battery. Yes an SFT40 or maybe even a XHP50 option would be nice. The only glaring omission that I can see is not having the magnet in the tailcap, I could see that coming in really handy. Yes a nice light for sure and for me at $10 forgetaboutit.😁
Sofirn has some pretty interesting lights and are priced fairly well. I own three now and plan on buyer a few others. I may have to add this one to my list. The Sofirn branding with "Sofirn" being larger print than the model name really seems to bothers you. I think I have heard you mention it in several videos.
I just ordered one and they had an optional magnet for 3.99. pretty handy to have and for that smaller price it's a no-brainer

the magnetic tail cap for SP35 works on SC03.
