Simple to remember tips that can really prevent some grief! Thanks Ben.
Really glad to have found your channel Ben. More great advice - many thanks.
Thanks again Ben I have a 8 inch sami knife that I love to use every chance I get. This is a good video-for safe use of a big knife.
Kelly Harlton talked about this in class last year. Great stuff Ben!
Great video, Ben!
Best knife chopping method demo I’ve seen on the internet. Very safe methodical and little energy expended. Thanks Ben
I severed a tendon with my lagom mostly because I violated number 3. I say this to emphasize the safety issues you raise.I was holding the knife in my hand while I did some other stuff. While not paying attention, I grabbed the business end. Very sharp. WHEN YOU’RE NOT ACTUALLY CUTTING SOMETHING , PUT THE KNIFE DOWN. Most accidents are a result of inattention or impatience.
Good vid.
Thanks bud. I'm still trying to find efficient ways in wood processing and this is definitely some tips and tricks I'm gonna try out.
Does the leuku come with a sharpened spine?
