I spent 15 years working in main dealers in various capacities. It's refreshing to see a salesperson thats genuine - especially when he knows he's being recorded! Its nice to see dealers are moving away from suits and ties and going for a more casual look. Back in my day, i'd have been in a disciplinary for calling a client "mate", but this guy does it and it feels natural and warm. Nice work Callum - you'll make a good sales manager soon..

That's a lovely showroom. Got a very 'Scandinavian' vibe to it, which is presumably deliberate seeing as Volvo is Swedish. Some lovely cars in there too - Volva has come a long way in terms of design! Do they still have the reputation for safety though, I wonder? You don't hear much about it these days!
I'd be surprised were the reaction to a video bad at Waylands as their BIG boss Chief Executive John O'Hanlon is keen to promote the work they are doing as a small but growing family dealer group. Speaking of what the videographer might wear on dealer visits the smart casual sort of style of Luke and Callum could be an option. Good work from Callum to warmly embrace interacting with the video. A bonus would be to hear a little about the new EX30, the small EV Volvo with big ideas.
