Ingredients for dough
Plain flour 3 cups
Instant Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup (Luke warm)
Egg 1 (at room temperature)
Luke warm water 3/4 cup (might need more or less)
Filling
Shredded boiled Chicken 1.5 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Green bell pepper 1, sliced
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Basil 1/2 tsp (optional)
Parsley 1/2 tsp (optional) or add fresh chopped coriander
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt if needed (Mozzarella cheese already contains salt)
Cream cheese 2-3 tbsp heaped
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp heaped
Ketchup 2-3 tbsp heaped
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes - Jak na to + styl
