living on the von haunt estate (sfs9)

I'm trying something new with this brand new series. I will be (very) slowly building a save from the ground up through gameplay as I move random Sims into lots and build up their houses from scratch in a Rags-to-Riches esque playthrough.
This is episode #9 of the series where we play as the Ausage family, living on the Von Haunt Estate.
The rules I'm following in this series:
1) Choose a randomly generated Sim and move them into an empty lot.
2) Set money to 0 upon starting a new household. Any items in the Sims' inventory must also be removed, aside from things like homework and stuff like that.
3) I may not have my Sim get a job but if a Sim is already employed when I jump into a household, they get to maintain their job and earn money that way.
4) I may not leave the lot by any circumstance during gameplay.
5) Only allowed to plant 3 of each plant.
6) Must say yes to any pop up window, such as discovery traits or likes and dislikes. Career opportunities are not included.
7) Can not accept any free money, such as the inheritance pop up from Eco Lifestyle or any gifted items, like the earbuds from Fitness Stuff or birthday presents.

A suggestion for a future household would be a serial romantic making money off of date rewards ( the 650 champagne bucket you get for gold). And you could revisit the household after the new pack gets released to see if that is still a viable way to make money.

Ooo that’s a great idea, definitely gotta do that now! Main problem would be my rule of not being able to leave the lot, though I guess I could just have the date on the lot.
