In this episode, Maggie buys a new washer/dryer so she doesn't have to go to the laundromat anymore. Chris then makes her realize how much she missed socializing with her friends at the laundromat, while at the same time giving a very accurate description of how everyday technology in the future will damage the social aspect of our lives.
