Spirytus in Poland is mainly used as base for other alcohols, there are recipes for basically any ingredient and in the end out of 0.5L of 95% spirytus you get something like 1.25L of 40% flavoured mix. I mostly have made coffee vodka out of it but in the dorm you could easily get citrus or gummi bear variant. Some people drink this alone but it's rare :P

My discord friend from Latvia was visiting Finland and he brought some different flavors of krowki for me and they were really fucking good. We only have the basic version here but i think my favorite was the hemp flavored ones

it vaporizes too quickly to be an effective hand sanitizer at 95%, 95% is usually used for disinfecting items in a bath of it and such.
70% is actually better as a disinfectant than 90 and higher
We also have similar salty sticks in Lithuania. We have strong alcohol too. We're baltics, but we're still similar.
