Neville Goddard taught a practical method to let go and let one's subconscious mind take control. He would climb a ladder until he slept. The next day, he would look at a paper in his pocket that said, "I will not climb the ladder," and remind himself how he was allowing his subconscious to climb the ladder instead.

@basharhigherdimensionalwisdom Today was an enlightening day. But, in hindsight. Outstanding thing in my morning I got a delivery order from a place that I feared going back to, I was denied for no reason last week but, I got the guts and went back. Sounds odd. But I was rewarded for facing my fear. I went to a new place finaly to explore also. 100 steps on a Cliff near the ocean....I saw a snake and a deer 1 ft to 3 ft away from me. I also pondered the separation of ego and wanting to Change My Self. Also new thought of People might not believing My truthful words. This ego wound is temporary and Short in time. Fear of rejection can easily turn into anger over rejection from any scenario. I feel my higher self is Conquering my ego by AWARENESS PRACTICE AND MEDITATION AND PONDERING THOUGHTS OF NEGATIVITY also

see , i have both , higher mind that knows things without thinking ,
but i can't do anything with it , because i am a member of this here social species , that doesn't want to BE social ,

i don't LIKE people , never have and always saw Right Through their bullshit ,

I want to ask who is doing the negotiations between the higher mind and ego? This reminds me of the Ego, Superego and Id from Freud's theory. Also from the trinity and the vortex math theories. What/who is the Id in this case?

From what I’ve learned it’s the entire part of you that exists beyond this one perspective or realty you are in so once you allow yourself to raise in vibration or frequency or positive emotions and or beliefs about yourself and life you will naturally be getting information about life and yourself now that are way more accurate meaning all is well and good and all realities can be realized now

Screw what you think you know and play paint write doodle drink more and more water fruits veggies stay away from meats for sure and processed foods as best you can. High vibrational foods grow above the ground that take in sunlight and rain. Also Get outside sit play walk barefoot on mother earth she will help you all the plants trees everything literally has consciousness start speaking to them they will respond. Ask a tree if it can hear you to touch your hand within few inches from a limb/ leaf. It may take a few tries but if you do it daily you will see it. Touch your hand.
