- This is a Tutorial for the Rulercosplay Attack on Titan Harness. It's crazy confusing and the directions are all in Chinese. My boyfriend and I spent two hours figuring this out.

Imagine attack on titan was real.... The titans would have breached all 3 walls in a row if all soldiers were not wearing their harnesses.
A soldier holding his suit everytime when he is on duty (except the night, but titans are not active) ;)
just want you to know that this video saved me when i was doing my first cosplay in 7th grade, and 6 years later i'm back trying to figure out how to put on the same cosplay. a real hero.

First time putting it on= broke the strap, my family thought I needed mental help and I miked up the bottom part

I accidently watched this without audio but the visual side of it was so well done that it was fully understandable without audio too.

I'm so Happy you uploaded this guide.. I never had attempted to put the strapping on ever since I got it.. I was too nervous about all those straps.. Buy you made it so much easier than the Japanese instructions I got with my straps... XD thank you!

Armin your a life saver omg i have been trying to do this for three hours. Without this video I do not think I would have been able to put it on correctly.
I'm glad the seller decided to include a little card that says, "Watch this video!" because I purchased this harness three or four years ago when my daughter was dressing up as a scout for Halloween and it took us FOUR HOURS and a lot of four-letter words to get the harness on, and now, after watching this, I realize we still didn't have it quite right (but close enough so that she looked amazing!). Well, a few years later, and now I'm the one dressing up as a scout, so I purchased the harness again and have been dreading trying to figure out the straps all over again. Your video is going to make it so much easier, so thank you very much!

I had a bit of trouble putting my ARMIN the straps because they were a little tight. Worst part was I was halfway through putting it on and my mum asked me to run an ERENnd for her.

Oh thank you so much for making this video. After wearing it a couple of times, I used black safety pins to fix the belts. That worked very good!
im not even a aot fan but I just wanted to see how cosplayers put the straps on
ok uh just a question: how do u maintain the harness bc im scared the leather gonna start to peel

@@ole1157 there's leather fat/oil you can buy if it's a real leather belt. You apply it once every 3-4 weeks or further apart depending on humidity etc. Keep your belts stored in a dark cool area with relatively good humidity in the air (if possible) then they won't get as porous over time :) may I ask where I can buy a good harness?

Update: my cosplay finally arrived in the mail! I ordered it on Mikasa’s birthday and it arrived on Eren’s birthday, lmao. Took 3 hours but I finally got it on! Did I do it right? No. No I did not. Do I feel badass? Yes.

For some reason this really helped me figure out how this went together, I have a thick 4 yards of leather i bought to make an odm harness and didnt realise I had no idea which parts go where 😂

I can’t believe that I haven’t seen your video sooner. I gave up on AoT cosplay a long time ago, until I gave this another try and your video really made the whole process less complicated.
It took a lot of time and patience but I’ll eventually memorize the steps and put it on easier.

You do not understand how much this helped me. Girl-- I was having a mini mental breakdown because my harness set was in chinese too and i was stupid enough to open it THE EVENING of halloween when I needed to cosplay. I almost didn't go out again because it was so complicated and my thighs are thick so the leg straps were h e l l to put on. The funniest thing is the foot/leg part was the HARDEST part like I had to do it 4 times and i ended up breaking the elastic but thank God my boots were knee high so i stuffed the rest of the foot straps inside and no one noticed.
I don't know what I would've done if I didn't find this tutorial. YOU'RE A LIFESAVER 🥲🥲💖💖💖💞
Also: How the hell do the survey corps have the TIME to put this on??? this thing took me almost 2 hours to figure it out and 30 minutes to take it off. Don't even get me started with the jacket, cape etc. Like they must wake up early as hell every morning to get it on. I didn't even buy the full odm gear and the whole uniform took me over 2 hours to put on...chile lmaoooo

Thank you so much for doing this video. My harness takes me hours to get on, literally. I put it on for a time test for con and it took me a hour and a half so I decided against it because it was really hot as well. The steps I follow from the internet were never very great nor clear either so I did it wrong multiple times. But now that I have found your video I will be able to wear it at con in October and still have time to do my wig properly and my make-up.
When all the pieces of my cosplay arrive I'm gonna put it all on and run around the house singing the opening theme 😌
