As someone who worked with trucks and pallets for quite a few years i never came across a single pallet made with such fantastic timber as that one!
the author does like to from scratch, shaping and trimming wood from large blocks into fine finished products. czcams.com/users/postUgkxD-QRFQz730FJEh4f9BYSf-nkIMIC9hL_ as another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us dont have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we wont be able to practice the full stack project, is still great.
Never seen a pallet look that new or made out of that high quality wood.
It coated with some type of resistant polamer it seems the dirt from all this time and space travel have been repelled im suprised it was cut oh my its a must for me.

factories and grocery stores usually throw/set them out after one use
These are the newest, cleanest, pallets I've ever seen. No rough wood, protruding nails. All new 2x4s?
I was just going to call bullshit on those pallets too. Never seen a pallet that nice ever. Also why is there 2 2x4s in the middle they always come with only 1

I have seen some really nice boards used in pallets that carried things for commercial chicken house building. I always kinda get lumber envy when I see those pulled up for burning. 😢

8:42, Make sure your valve stem is ALWAYS pointing straight up before inflating. A leaning valve stem can get cut by rims edge.
10:29, As nice as natural knots look in wood, they also create a weak spot! That's a nice cart! Lumber, vegetables, gardening, auto parts, paint cart, cement bags(w/limit of course.), many awesome uses.
Knot to mention drilling into the fat wood @ 6:36 min. It smells nice but ain't holding anything strucral or finish wise. Best for fire starting and potpourri. Looks pretty heavy unless u have a small mule to pull it loaded. Would be a really nice garden planter. Those rebar wheel spokes are priceless!

Nice build & great job recycling, reusing pallets. I do projects as well, did not upload a pallet video for awhile. Of all the pallets I picked up I never found any of the quality you used.

That's because it wasn't a real pallet, you can tell he made it himself and nailed it together using a hammer.
Thought the same thing ,all the pallets I've had looked like they have been dragged behind the truck rather than in it !

Should have shaped the handles MORE, before you attached them to the cart. Also where you attached the handles to the cart, you should have driven a wedge piece of wood underneath the handles for support. Otherwise eventually they will start slipping on the bolts.. Apart from that, VERY clever..!!
