This is the second time Chloe is cast as a mother but I still remember her as the little girl in the amityville horror. Man, look at how fast our baby girl has grown? 😭

When she's holding the fence up with her leg trying to pull the EMP; so you're telling me all those Androids couldn't overpower a girl, that just had surgery and is holding a baby. Ya okay that's believable.

It was watchable for sure. But some silly logics missed - How did they let Arthur enter the area without being scanned or known? Why didn't any other soldier trigger the EMP? And a whole lot of robots couldn't push the gate from a just being operated mother at the end? And we just have to assume Sam is dead!
Having said that, Chloe shines in the role especially the final performance.

Lord have Mercy - Don’t waste your time watching this. When did we start accepting movies like this as “watchable”. It’s “budget”bad acting bad script bad everything.
and we are still going to find ways to make ourselves become expendable and obsolete. Humans never learn. We have everything but it was never enough. We will go on to destroy ourselves. The whole monologue at the end she describes for her baby is exactly what we had and could keep having but because of our greed all of it is being destroyed. Who actually has that kind of family childhood memories anymore? We're losing our freedoms, privacy, and civil liberties little by little each year in the name of security and progress. You can't have a normal life anymore.

Good movie but too much noises there is a moments that you want to mute the Sound of the TV!
Liked the concept as always like these types of apocalyptic angles but, it's a depressing movie with an even more depressing and sad ending. So you have been warned. Also, could have done with a lot more deep diving into why/who exactly caused the plot of the movie and more interactions with the androids

When I see this movie, I think of "Queen and Slim." Two couples were about to embark on a lifelong love journey when they were halted by sinister forces.
The good news (Mother/Android) is that one of the protagonists has a chance to save humanity from the android catastrophe in the United States.
Moretz, you made your audience proud with your approach and manner in which you handled your responsibilities as a woman/mother/guardian.
The most recent Netflix release is a must-see.

@@hystericthumb Well first off, Star Wars is Sci-fi Fantasy, it's always been classified as that and secondly, over saturation of a certain movie franchise tends to be bad and why is that? sometimes the quality will suffer AND people will stop going to see that certain franchise which means the studio/s will stop making them entirely. Which is good/bad depending on how you look at it. I love Star Wars and I love the MCU, but that doesn't mean I want every single show/movie to be of only those 2 franchises. There are different styles of Sci-fi, I loved Blade Runner 2049 and Annihilation. If other Sci-fi movies/shows are made but fail, the studio will then look at it like "Well, lets not make anything like that again" or "Let's not approve sci-fi scripts in the future", so instead we get the same old same old which will make people tired of that franchise.
