I'm so glad that Irelia is getting buffed. Not playing against her in every single game felt weird. It's such a weak and unpopular champion rn, it's good to see that riot gives wholesome duelists some love in every patch.

I can imagine a voting on the champ select for the 5 players to vote if they will have voice chat or not during that match, it would be reasonable...
They could do that and have selective mutes just like they do with every other form of communication in league. Not sure why this hasnt been released even just on the PBE
