I got a very interesting take away from this video is when Mansi mentioned about her hard time as she was introduced with new engineers and team members. I was expecting Mansi to create that solution for herself at the first place, because this is what a TPM would naturally do in situations of ambiguity as such. And also would have liked to hear about any solution she would have thought and tried before seeking her manager's advice. Again I am glad she thrived through it and managing well in her job role. I wish her all the best in career ahead.
