Obviously, there are strategies to be used in this market, but these strategies are not available to the average person, so am better off putting my money elsewhere. I am fully aware of the expense of working more to get more money.
Even though there will probably be more pain in the future, without a doubt, the Fed is to blame for the exceptional catch-up measures currently in place since they were initially too slow to control inflation. - Keep it simple (invest in broad markets)
- Educate yourself (obtain raw materials--knowledge by reading books, and learn the trade in your career), and
- Grind at least in your early years to develop skills from the raw material
IMO, continue to grind later, but you'll become more efficient at what you do and obtain more flexibility on whether to keep climbing the ladder or scale back to focus on family, relationships, etc.
Example: As a patent lawyer whose comp is directly tied to billings doing flat-fee work, the way to increase is to work with clients with higher budgets, become more efficient and focused, and/or work more. But you need the knowledge in the technology and skill in drafting to become efficient.

Good books.
Awesome that you got to interview them
yes! super fortunate to have crossed paths with these awesome people. which interview did you learn the most from?
Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.
it's all hype! best to ignore the trend at the moment whether bullish or bearish, and stick to a proper trading plan preferably with expertise assistance.
I agree , I assumed I had a hang of the market at first, I gained $50k one year and I was super elated, not until I stumbled upon a portfolio-adviser whose been guiding me since the market's been sham after the pandemic, to my utmost surprise I netted a whooping $280K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know
@@amirbrooks6530 that's impressive!, I could really use the expertise of this advisors , my portfolio has been down bad....whoâs the person guiding you.
I am guided by Loreen Michelle Gilbert . I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her. She has since provided entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care for supervision....
In terms of parking cash, what do you think about the safety of a bank account versus a brokerage company cash account? IF the economy crashes and there are runs on the banks, the FDIC insurance will cover only a small percentage of the deposits, and your money will likely not be accessible in the short run. Is a large investment company (such as Fidelity) brokerage cash account any safer?
Both are absolutely safe. No depositor has ever lost a penny of FDIC insured deposits. The Fidelity Cash Management Account actually uses partner banks, so your money is FDIC insured there as well. Cheers!
@@don951 You have far more faith in the system than I do.
