See as you speak of the demon princes loses themselves and no longer being themselves, it’s part of what makes them less interesting than the mortals. It’s also why I severely dislike Perturabo’s ascension. It’s not in his character to forfeit his soul.

What a ride, fun to follow D'Lacuers journey to demonhood, was not expecting to see our favorite Word Bearer. Also the new skull animation is great, kinda creepy and austere.
Where Bloodletters are masters of hand to hand combat, and bloodthirsters are masters of pitched battles, daemon princes are the generals of open warfare, meant for more than mindless slaughter, to direct Khorne's wrath.
This was such an amazing video, and inspired me to continue my own writing

Ahh, the tragedy of a fallen and corrupted soul. Etienne's story, his road from noble knight to daemon prince, is fascinating. Adds ever more to the horror of the settings.
So, I wonder, will he next appear in an entry on daemon hosts, or will it be daemon engines? My money is on the latter.
