Fnaf 2 getting the award for most confusing lore in Fnaf, because it takes place in a rebranded version of a restaurant that itself was the rebrand of the 1983 restaurant, just after Fnaf 4, (listen CAREFULLY to the phone guy in Fnaf 2, he can fill in the 4 year gap.) and on top of that possibly contains the ONLY retcon to the canon story in one of it's mini games because implications of said mini game on the narrative contradict the gameplay narrative of the main game itself. 😂Not at all entirely convoluted and confusing in anyway.😂
