    Madam🙏🙏🌷⚘ I am having sleep apnea and recommend use of cpap machine by doctor but iam not using will I be cured with this exercises 🙂

    Ma'am, Mera beta 7 years kaa hai aur mane abhi ek week se notice kiya hai ki wo sote time der tak sans nahi letaa aur snoring sound bhi aata hai....koi parmanent upay/ ilaz bataye....

    Gm ma’am. I regularly do pranayama. I need some clarification from you.
    1. Is there any sequence to be followed? I normally first do left right nostril breathing then kapalbhati I’m and bhramni.
    2. Since I was suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome 2 years ago (I am cured of it now) I am unable to hold the mudras for a long time. Is it okay if I am unable to do so.
    Please advise.
