1. Is there any sequence to be followed? I normally first do left right nostril breathing then kapalbhati I’m and bhramni.
2. Since I was suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome 2 years ago (I am cured of it now) I am unable to hold the mudras for a long time. Is it okay if I am unable to do so.
