Not everything has a product or supplement to look the way people do. Everyone is different. I am a 30 year old whlte male and people think I am like 22-24 max. Some people are not meant to know about their looks, but I am very youthful and beautiful and this is not a lie or an exaggeration.. can't believe it if you can't see it right? But I understand that.

Kevin's offer was way better than Barbara this time (didn't know Barbara could be in, lol). He knows better that area and even showed them what he did with a similar business. I hope everything goes great for the family, they deserve it
I don't think so. If you're going to scale a business, you need more margin and having a royalty hanging over your head is stifling. Their current margin is going to be pushed further down the more they accelerate growth and they'll be needing every penny to meet up with their CAC

And this agreement is for the show, we don't know if after this Kevin would put money if they needed it. The royalty deal is not the best if they are starting but in this case they have solid sales
@@robroy07 Equity deal is the only partial guarantee they'll be funded by the shareholders. Even if the sell only one unit, it doesn't affect Kevin. His returns is fixed no matter what volume they sell. So no, a royalty deal will have been bad for them
Kevin's offer required $1 royalty till he gets 150k back and a Royalty of $0.25 after. Which will make it hard to sell the company later. If a large company buys them out, they will also need to buy out Kevin for whatever share he wants to sell it for. Not good

While I love this idea, unfortunately their honey will only help the allergies of people who live in their area/or areas with the same allergens/pollens. Allergies are only helped by honey made by your local bees, because it targets the pollens causing your personal allergies.
I agree but on the other hand people will eat it because it's just good not for the allergy reason.
while that is a cool side-effect, it's not the main reason they're selling honey. organic honey is rare to find at that price so this is a no-brainer

I don’t go look for honey because of “allergies” I’ll pick it up just because it’s a good brand and taste regardless of allergies

Yeah I was reading about how this deal didn't go through. After the camera's turned off, Barbara ran into the hallway, caught up with the family. She insisted they all huddle up and she said she's out.
Great for them really but the best thing you can do for allergies in regards to honey is get it from your local farmers market if you've got one

Zach and Zoe honey made a commercial with Chase Bank. I remember seeing them on TV promoting Chase merchant services for businesses.

Kevin's deal was INSANELY generous and his main selling point was "You're a family, we all make money and I don't want to encroach on the equity".
Like...come on, yes his deals are complicated with the $1 royalty and stuff, but in this instance he had, IMO, a MASSIVELY good heart AND deal.
But who am I, I'm a nobody just giving an opinion. I do hope they are thriving today.
Important to now that sorry allergy abatement is from consuming local honey. It doesn't help if the honey is from a region that shares none of the plants that are in your area and are the cause of your allergies.
Also, I wonder if Barbara and Kevin dislike each other as much as they portray on the show.
smart food with the color coordination by Barbara. Kevin would try and sell the company after a year or two. Not sure if that would be smarter than holding on long term. I guess they could sellout anytime. All of the sharks have similar capabilities.
