Aiden’s character is so misunderstood. He is always being called “boring” or “plain”, when people don’t realize that he is MEANT to feel like a real person. He is like a breath of fresh air in the middle of extreme and over-the-top personalities that just feel fake. His whole arc in his first season was to open up and learn to trust people, while learning how to deal with anger along the emotions that come in being in this stressful of a show while hiding a huge secret (his birth gender) and your insecurities. He is like the “tsundere” trope from anime, but it feels much more organic and natural because it feels REAL. In all-stars he is being himself, opening up to new people, standing up for what’s right, and overcoming his fears and insecurities. You have the right to not like Aiden, but at least acknowledge that he has a personality, has grown a lot while finding himself in and outside of the show, while some respect for the writers that put their hearts and soul into this character.

I have stated many times Aiden Isn’t a character in all stars but a plot device for Tom Jake Drama who’s gone on way too long in the show my issue with Aiden isn’t his personality since he is that quote on quote normal guy of the cast my issue is the fact he’s not relevant to the plot take Aiden out earlier and literally nothing changes other then less Tom Jake drama which would actually be a good thing I’d be fine with Aiden getting this far if he was actually doing something

Just because a character is being used to move the plot along doesn’t mean that their personality is erased. Hunter is still a strong and loyal competitor. Ally is still a sweet gamer. Tess is still a girl who recovered from challenges in her past. Aiden is still a organic, solid character that has overcome his fears and insecurities, while learning to trust others. I get what you mean, I would love to see Aiden be more developed as well, but you can’t deny that we got a lot from him, and some things may be subtle, but they’re still there.

I also dont get the reason why it should be balanced, everything could happen really, and if season 1 characters have a better potential of storyline, then take it. What can you make with characters like Riya, Yul, Lake, Aiden, James, Tess and Connor to have both: a good arc AND being rootable (thats why Ally is the only one rootable at this point, maybe even Riya but she was already a finalist) compared to season 1 cast like Tom, Gabby, Jake, Alec, Grett, Ashley, etc…
jake is a complex character however i dont think he has a winner edit, at least not until episode 10. His whole plot is wanting to talk to tom and then being mad at him and then being mad at ally and aiden. Episode 10 finally he did something so his growth arc starts. But is just like it could’ve been sooner. He is a main character but he could’ve been used for more than just his tom plot
Understandable review, but im starting to not like all stars as almost all the s2 characters are out and the only one who has the potential to be a finalist is ally. It’s just obviously flashing that a s1 character has a super high chance of winning. Some of the eliminations also felt annoying, while most were understandable I didn’t like some of them like Tess, even if she was just a support character her elimination made no sense when Aiden was right there. Connor and Hunter also had pretty mid eliminations, but I can understand hurters because it gives room for Ally to be better. Connors is just bs tho tbh, why even bring him back over Rosa then!?!. But the season still has some charm and I hope characters like Grett, Alec, Ally, and Tom make it far at this point.

Ally seemed like she wanted to go for a more strategic route in the early episodes and the villain's alliance seemed fairly strategic when it came to discussing who to vote for in episode 9. Even Yul made a good point in targeting the big dogs.
*Episode 10 spoiler* I'm not even sure who I want to win this season. I enjoy the extreme slow-burn of Jake's development but I'm not sure what will happen in the upcoming episodes. Aiden, Riya are already out for being finalists and i doubt Gabby will make it to the final 3 because she has the villains who will backstab her eventually and the heroes don't trust her anymore. I can see Jake/Ally vs Tom/Grett vs Alec in the final 3
This season is sooo mid!! Alec and Yul are the best still in the game and possibly even Jake. Jake and Yul are both characters I can talk about a lot to why their great and even them winning too. These 3 are my final 3 and it should be tbh, while Alec is still very entertaining and has more to show but he's my winner pick. I could go on a rant, but this season is still mid and I do all the ranting on Discord. Btw, this season can get better, but odd nations is feeding towards the gullable fans who will eat up almost anything I'm ngl
I hate how so many story arc got cut short. Fiore and alec, hunter and ally, Conner riya (don’t care for this one but it wasn’t satisfying, heck even Ellie being a major antagonist got cut short in a elimination where she honestly didn’t do anything wrong( she did deserve to go home but it felt like they executed badly), etc Season 2 cast suck so badly why did they leave the characters who are not going to win last this long. ally makes sense but riya and Aiden has lasted too long (though riya is a bit forgiven due to recent episodes) and yul is gonna lose due to his attitude. This season has been a bit underwhelming. And Tom Jake Aiden triangle arc has lasted way too long and is worse version of world tour. Priya Caleb isn’t as bad since they at least accomplished something and Julia was there
@Yoshixandir Connor and Riya story was meh, but Fiore and Alec, Hunter, and Ally should've done way more tbh. I never saw Ellie being a main villain since she really isn't even a villain, imo especially when u and yellow team who are now the villains' alliance. The love triangle isn't even a love triangle anymore, but it formed into hating on Jake while Tom and Jake struggle to get along, but I hope beyond episode 10, more begins to happen.
Season 1 is peak mostly bc of fiore,Alec and elli imagine if they remade it again and gave the high quality animations and entence elimination ceremony’s but all stars might be the best one
Im 100% certain Jake is not gonna make it to the final 2. Having him win is like having Priya win in S1 and Millie in S2. Like their most significant person already won a season, its like if they won for a second time. The only characters i can see getting to the finals are Ally, Gabby, Alec, Tom and Grett. Maybe Yul but i dont think theyll want him there.

tess was poorly developed, idk if id say robbed, but they DRENCHED her character of any... character at all. they made Tess bland, same with ally. what did hunter do to these poor girls 😭 this will be a controversial opinion, but Ellie was insanely robbed. i really felt like with her contribution to the villains alliance (and lack of contribution form the rest of them before her elimination) and her conflicts with gabby were really setting her up to be a major character this season. for her to get eliminated because "she was going too far"??? yes, her personal beef with jake was turning her into a true evil, but ???? id do almost everything she'd do for 3 MILLION DOLLARS. she was playing the game. someone here TELL ME you wouldn't do any sort of manipulation to get farther for $3M. pulling strings to get alliances to fall apart is quite literally a necessary tactic to win. she was robbed all because Tess thought this was too far??? dont get me started on how mad i am at jake this season its not even funny guys. ☹ i honestly feel like they could be setting up grett to win. jake is a possible candidate, but with the heroes alliance falling apart, he might be soon eliminated if he or the rest of the team doesnt do anything. and with alec, gabby, and riya noticing gretts situation with yul and defending her, once the heroes are gone yul will be a likely target. once yul is gone however, alec and riya's pairing seems like a strong bond, which means votes might be split between alec & riya and gabby & grett (im personally hoping grett and gabby develop as friends after what happened in season 1!!!)

Aiden, Riya are already out for being finalists and i doubt Gabby will make it to the final 3 because she has the villains who will backstab her eventually and the heroes don't trust her anymore. I can see Jake/Ally vs Tom/Grett vs Alec in the final 3
This season is sooo mid!! Alec and Yul are the best still in the game and possibly even Jake. Jake and Yul are both characters I can talk about a lot to why their great and even them winning too. These 3 are my final 3 and it should be tbh, while Alec is still very entertaining and has more to show but he's my winner pick. I could go on a rant, but this season is still mid and I do all the ranting on Discord. Btw, this season can get better, but odd nations is feeding towards the gullable fans who will eat up almost anything I'm ngl
I hate how so many story arc got cut short. Fiore and alec, hunter and ally, Conner riya (don’t care for this one but it wasn’t satisfying, heck even Ellie being a major antagonist got cut short in a elimination where she honestly didn’t do anything wrong( she did deserve to go home but it felt like they executed badly), etc
Season 2 cast suck so badly why did they leave the characters who are not going to win last this long. ally makes sense but riya and Aiden has lasted too long (though riya is a bit forgiven due to recent episodes) and yul is gonna lose due to his attitude.
This season has been a bit underwhelming. And Tom Jake Aiden triangle arc has lasted way too long and is worse version of world tour. Priya Caleb isn’t as bad since they at least accomplished something and Julia was there
@Yoshixandir Connor and Riya story was meh, but Fiore and Alec, Hunter, and Ally should've done way more tbh. I never saw Ellie being a main villain since she really isn't even a villain, imo especially when u and yellow team who are now the villains' alliance. The love triangle isn't even a love triangle anymore, but it formed into hating on Jake while Tom and Jake struggle to get along, but I hope beyond episode 10, more begins to happen.

Season 1 is peak mostly bc of fiore,Alec and elli imagine if they remade it again and gave the high quality animations and entence elimination ceremony’s but all stars might be the best one

Im 100% certain Jake is not gonna make it to the final 2. Having him win is like having Priya win in S1 and Millie in S2. Like their most significant person already won a season, its like if they won for a second time.
The only characters i can see getting to the finals are Ally, Gabby, Alec, Tom and Grett. Maybe Yul but i dont think theyll want him there.

tess was poorly developed, idk if id say robbed, but they DRENCHED her character of any... character at all. they made Tess bland, same with ally. what did hunter do to these poor girls 😭
this will be a controversial opinion, but Ellie was insanely robbed. i really felt like with her contribution to the villains alliance (and lack of contribution form the rest of them before her elimination) and her conflicts with gabby were really setting her up to be a major character this season. for her to get eliminated because "she was going too far"??? yes, her personal beef with jake was turning her into a true evil, but ???? id do almost everything she'd do for 3 MILLION DOLLARS. she was playing the game. someone here TELL ME you wouldn't do any sort of manipulation to get farther for $3M. pulling strings to get alliances to fall apart is quite literally a necessary tactic to win. she was robbed all because Tess thought this was too far???

i honestly feel like they could be setting up grett to win. jake is a possible candidate, but with the heroes alliance falling apart, he might be soon eliminated if he or the rest of the team doesnt do anything. and with alec, gabby, and riya noticing gretts situation with yul and defending her, once the heroes are gone yul will be a likely target. once yul is gone however, alec and riya's pairing seems like a strong bond, which means votes might be split between alec & riya and gabby & grett (im personally hoping grett and gabby develop as friends after what happened in season 1!!!)
