I see the pieces of the puzzle coming together. And I anticipate what the image will look like... Will it be a mirage...an illusion...? Close, but not the real thing... But then I've found you and have been watching. How I wish I could be there and be the apprentice... Even with my skills I will always be a beginner next to the Master grave digger and restorer. Maybe I could watch from a window outside and learn those secrets... I wait for the second part of the video. I have a feeling it's going to be like a fine timepiece, ticking away and making my wrist smile. A bottle of exquisite fine spirits, the kind that James Bond always requests... I anticipate the journey. Thank You for sharing.

Es un maestro este señor!!!, hace 36 años ayudé a un pariente a restaurar una Atlas 650... fué una pesadilla, no había información de nada en Costa Rica.

Beautiful. Yours is about 2000 ahead of mine on VIN number. I need to do all that you did. Super work on the cam followers - how did you get such a clean, beautiful finish on them? They're very hard to clean up (IME). I am not sure that I ever saw a silver frame and I LIKE IT!!! My tank ("Norvil" racing tank), battery covers, single seat, and fairing (full fairing, like the ones they used in the IOM on the "team" bikes;; although I have to say that I think the more-common half-fairing is very pretty, too. I was working at the Wolverhampton factory when my bike was made and the engine was done by the experimental shop and all the Norvil parts were fitted on the assembly line) are the "signal red" color that was offered on the 1972 models and I think it would look super with a silver frame. I feel another project in my future!

Wow! Didn't know there was an electric starter kit out there! I just passed on a 1964 Atlas because of a replaced knee! Bummer ! - - - - So impressed with the wide spectrum of knowledge needed to reach this level of restoration!

You don't want an Atlas, look for a G15 Matchless or a P11. Much more street cred and desirability than a bread and butter Atlas. I own both and recently obtained an AJS 60's duplex frame and a Commando Combat engine. I can feel something special coming on.

Nice One! Could do with a slow video just on the Gearbox and talk us through it step by step as this is the hard part for me.

Larger disc on one side of forks prematurely wears the chrome off the fork tube on that side! But what can you do?- thats why there is double disc forks. 50 yr pro Sundquist Norton. -you tube 2019

If you went to a good high school you would have learned that chain is the most efficient, shaft second ,belt the least efficient drive-just feel the heat if you don't agree.Your trans was not made for belt-you will prematurely wear your sleeve bushing.etc.etc.etc. 50 yr pro- Sundquist Norton - you tube 2019 Your rear hoop is sagged.

Lovely bike and colour scheme, but I think that style of seats dont look half as good as an original Roadster one. Only my own worthless opinion of course, as its a matter of taste.....
