I can't help but feel that Zack has his daughter in mind when directing the Barry and Iris scene. The amount of gentleness and care Barry showed Iris in that scene could be a reflection of how a father may treat his little princess. RIP

I don't think it was that cause that scene was one of those scenes that were filmed originally but got cut, meaning it was filmed before Autumn took her life, but maybe when the edited it Zack thought about her

No it's supposed to show how strong Barry is,because in the comics the flash when he goes fast has basically super strength so he was trying to not crush iris body,hence why a couple of seconds earlier he easily destroyed the window with barely a touch of his finger

As a parent that scene made me cry especially when Barry so gently moves her hair, then folds her arms, softly holding her like laying my son to sleep. Felt like Snyder did that scene or at least placed that song to honor his daughter RIP.

Absolutely beautiful! The scene where Barry saves Iris is another great example of why superhero movies are not just cinematic blockbusters, they can be something more. This song was a huge contributor to that!

The word "Hold" becomes Magical.
Being an MCU fan this scene and in particular this very song struck a cord in me and for me this is the epitome of the DCEU. They need to restore the Snyder-verse. Simply an emotional and inspirational song.
I left MCU now, and started looking at cinema as a whole, you should try that as well. ZSJL was the one movie which I needed, and I got it

He wanted to see this movie and so did i all i got to say is when this song came on i new he was there with me like all superheroes there there when you need them thank you so much for such a great song and may you all have a great life remember how precious life is as how i would give years so my dad can see this epic movie

They had character development in the Snyder's cut. The 2017 version ruined their characters

@@brayden2254 Barry was my boy in this movie. As someone with autism, I easily related with his social awkwardness, so when he saved the day by jumping into the Speed Force, it was that much more rewarding. I really feel like I would be like him if I were a superhero.

Cutting this scene is a crime, and I'm glad the world finally got to see it. It actually made me a fan of Ezra Miller and this version of The Flash, and I truly hope Ezra gets the help so sorely needed. This scene and the haunting music accompanying it, is my favorite in the film.
This scene and the one where he reverses time made me love Ezra's Flash.
Critics are complaining there were many classic Snyder Slow-mo scenes in the movie. And here I am who thinks were not just enough slo mo scenes in the movie. Flash rescuing Iris and Cyborg's football games are some of the most brilliant slow mo shots in the movie.
It’s EXTREMELY OBVIOUS that the Slow-Motion scenes in Zack Snyder Comic-Book Movies are to make the movie 🎥 more like the Comic-Books they’re adapted of like “Watchmen”, “300”, “Wonder Woman” and of course “Justice League” and it is again obvious cause the scenes are slowed down cause they look like they should be put in the panels, pages 📄 and splashes of a Comic-Book and I know that what Zack does is totes 👜 4 shizzle GENIUS.
Critics were funded to put an end to the Snyder verse obviously.. I had so low expectations for this film .. But this movie is next level unexpected and puts DC in a position of its own irrelevant to marvel

Lots of moments in Zack Snyder’s Justice League that made me really happy but ironically what made me the most happy wasn’t the appearance of Joker, MM or Darkside. It was the appearance of one of my favourite songs of all time “Song to the Siren” playing when Barry saves Iris.

Seeing Barry save Iris was remarkable. The attention to detail was amazing. He was barely touching her because at his speed, she could easily break.

I swear once this song came on, and I know others have already said this, but not only did I realize 1000% how much better this version was than the original (as this scene was STUPIDLY left out) but I also rewatched it probably 10 times in a row… made me feel so differently about Snyder as a director. This song makes me emotional. This movie is the result, the healing we've all finally got after four years of pain for Zack. The movie itself is amazing, but knowing the purpose, the fight, the struggle that led to this movie finally getting released, makes it so much more important and beautiful

I’m not a big fan of Snyder directing, but that Flash scene made me drop my mouth in awe. The cinematography, the acting, and this track are all beautiful.
I legit HATED this Flash previously....Just the composition of this introduction scene, the flair in the shot composition and the visuals combined with this brilliant piece of music I loved before, turned me around on the character as a whole, it goes to show just how superior this cut of the movie is....
