The lyrics are intense and authentic in alot of AA songs. People judge every aspect so harshly but none of you had a million dollar band at 20.

no matter what he did to his voice... u don't sing acoustic the same as the normal track. and regardless of his voice, he wouldn't scream & growl on the acoustic version. it shows he has range.

People his voice didn't change when he tore his vocal chord. It was changing before that. He changed his style. This is how he wants to sound not how he has to. Why doesn't anyone get that?

Clearly Dan here knew his vocals were tearing, but I think it still fit with what he wanted to do OR he worked AROUND his tearing vocals.

This comment makes no sense in my mind. Who the fuck are you to define what a "real fan" should think? One of the main components in a song is the singer. I don't listen to Justin Bieber because I don't like his voice, like how some people may not listen to matured AA because Danny's voice changed. Denis has a better voice than his, his vocal range is top. The only reason Danny's sounds the way it does is because he smokes a pack of cigs a day.
Sam Heist Danny has a wide range but Denis is better if you really listen, he can sing high, high and can sing really low notes. Danny simply uses his singing techniques in the same way he screams, just not screaming.
CZcams is processing all the views, likes, etc., validating the counter, 9/10 times you will not be the first person to view a video that has been posted in the last 1-3 hours. But this is fantastic. Yet again, Danny's voice never fails to blow me away. Please guys, release an acoustic EP if you all have the time whenever. I think I speak for most AA fans when I say that.

I'm a new fan of AA and to be honest I didn't really like them before his surgery. I prefer his voice like this and their last album is stellar. To me it just adds so much more emotion to their songs, and I think its sick that they adapted to the change instead of throwing in the towel.

wendy sosa He did have surgery though. He tore one of his vocal chords severely on the 2012 Mayhem Tour. They had to perform reconstructive surgery for him to be able to sing again. He was out for like four or five months afterwards. Actually, I'm pretty sure his first performance after the surgery was at the Mitch Lucker Memorial Show.

Agreed. I felt really let down when he left, and acted badly towards Denis. But that was a mistake, I heard The Black for the first time just today, and realised he is also talented. Still upset about Danny not being a part of AA anymore, but Denis deserves a chance.
He had to leave though. he can't scream anymore because he destroyed himself being so incredible so early in his career
