How to be sure that we've removed all pulpal remnants? Sometimes, despite proper BMP, in the next appointment we find that some pulpal tissue is still remaining and need to give LA again for some more BMP..
To make sure, all pulpal tissue is removed, we have to follow all mechanical and chemical aspects of prep. motion of filing, along the sidewalls, irrigation with a side vented needle with low pressure, adequette filing upto optimum number

Hi Sir ! In case of big PA radiolucency, tooth is painless after bmp,canal is dry , Is intracanal caoh placement able to heal the PA lesion ??
