The one's on the treble part is also the value of the capacitor that I mostly use or a 1µf.. Because 1.5µf is not always available here in our place.. :) Nice detailed review and you clearly stated the value of parts and the drivers...
two 1uf in parallel to a 1uf in series can make 1.5uf if needed

Standard 2nd order bass, 1st order roll in/out for the mid and 1st order for the horn. A 1.5 uf cap for the horn? It must be 16 ohm. Mid is 4 ohm. Bass is probably 4 ohm too.

Try putting the inductor in parallel with the mid, not in series.And slap one on the horn while your at it.
inductor must be in series with the mid, it is meant to decrease the treble sound from the mid speaker and also helps to match the overall impedance, and if you are into that , then let me tell you that you can use an inductor paralleled to the tweeter.

Olá amigo de som eu entendo pouco,mas ouvi de um engenheiro que a bobina não pode ser muito comprida aproximadamente 3 vezes seu diamatro quanto mesmo esse valor melhor será a bobina por que ela dispersas o campo eu sou aparecido .
..to make tweeters sound sweet and keep from blowing them ..look into " run motor capacitors " oil in a can capacitors .. find .4 mfd and 50 DC ones are the best for under 50 watts. lower mfd for louder uses .but Hard to find.. like used with ''Vintage klipsch type E crossovers'' ..or ''oil in paper'' would work also.. like lespaul tone caps such as the bumblebee's.. talk about bell sounds ..wow klipsch no longer uses these in new or after 1988 systems ..alnico horns are the best for under 50 watts per chan ...1 watt = 5 watts with alnico ..real efficient but yeah man

Using metal as core for audio coils is totally not recommended. It causes distortions in the sound. Use air or plastic instead.
but that would increase the overall impedance and decrease the inductance.
@@anindyamitra5091 To keep the overall impedance low and increase inductance, even without metal cores, one should use higher gauge wires for the coil. Anyway, the inductance should be only high enough to keep a certain range of frequencies away from the woofer. Good quality speaker frequency dividers NEVER use metal cores.
