A well maintained tractor will serve a long life, old steel is still steel. I like how you tell a story without saying a word, these are well made videos.
In the early 90's, we had a 1455. It was amazing, how powerfull this "fat boy" was. Just 145 hp but there was nothing, he wasn't able too tow. Slowly of course, but he made it. And it's sound wasn't from this planet. Whenever I see one, I remember back on this time. It was fun. :-)

I ran a straight pipe on our tractor. My dad didn't like the sound when he drove it, (which was very little). I love the sound of it. Driving a farm tractor today is like riding around in a BMW almost. (no rough riding, GPS, A/C. and all those other good things).
Super educational for us city slickers. Nice filming and so impressive of Netherlands farming in such a small country!
We have acreage in Australia but I think the only comparable mechanisation is for grain and canola(maybe cotton).
Considering that I like good film-making, anything with moving parts and fries, this was a treat! Happy holidays and thank you for all the work you put into your videos.
All of the equipment on Farming Simulator 15 &17 are items I've seen in a @tractorspotter video 😂

1455 XL is a fascinating machine. Very reliable and absolutely unbreakable and obvoiusly its sound is stunning. But can you really drive 60 km/h or is this sticker just fake? Our "neighbour's" 1255XL and 1455XL can only go around 40 km/h.

If you fit the biggest possible Tires on a 1455 you should get close to 50km/h but to reach 60km/h you have to modify the engine or gearbox (maybe even both)

What are the ducts in the potato storage for? Adding gas or removing it?
tractorspotter replied above that they are for cooling the potatoes. They blow cool air into the tubes and it filters up through the spuds.

Pieter Van Dolder ga er vanuit dat dit een 40km bak is, maar deze kan wel 45/50 lopen met deze banden
Ligt eraan wat voor versnellingsbak erin zit da verschilt het kan 30 zijn maar ook 40
luc nouwens aan het filmpje te zien ligt hier wel een 40 bak in denk ik😉

Originele uitlaat klinkt zoveel beter dan een open buis.
Helemaal eens, Rudy! De originele uitlaten waren van Klifa, ook op de lichtere types. Zo jammer dat ze soms door open buizen worden vervangen.

The tunnels are used to cool the potatoes with air. There are blowers behind the tunnels witch will blow air true the potatoes. Sorry for my english

Geht. Es gibt Umbausätze für das Getriebe, dass der Trecker schneller wird. Bringt dann in der Gruppe 'Hase' nicht mehr so viel Leistung auf die Straße, ist aber schneller.

Het bedrijf zelf zit aan de Molendijk, vlak naast de FarmFrites fabriek. Als je de video stil zet op 4:29 dan zie je de boerderij op de achtergrond. In dit filmpje lossen ze aan de Eewweg waar ze alleen een opslag hebben.
