- Staying on an ideally located campsite on the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset the kids from other campers decide to use our area as a football pitch. We visit @NTCorfeCastle, Studland Bay and @RSPBArne where we see the BBC #springwatch crew.

I've visited quite a few of these Norman castles and they all seem to have the same weakness as any attacker can easily get in through the gift shop.

BTW, I don't know if you're aware that, whilst Chris Packham appears to be a nice chap on TV, he has some pretty controversial views, especially concerning "rewilding". Anyone who supports releasing wolves into the UK countryside is definitely a green loon in my book. (If you want experience of this, try going to Easten Europe and asking a sheep farmer what they think).

Lovely scenery. Hope you both enjoyed the walking and cycling. Noisy kids out at 6/30 am parent up to no good is my guess. A quick game of rock and roll. Did those OINC's🐷🐖 just wonder about freely. My guess is you BOTH thought PORK SAUCAGES. Thanks for bringing us alone. Stay safe and enjoy.
They were kicking the ball about towards the motorhome all day and then started again a 6.30am. It did our heads in, @tstuart7333 🤬

It's a Tarp Hat, @kinross24. Made from used tarp of off Brazilian trucks. It's very clean, trust me
Lovely looking area to visit. You certainly got out and about with your bikes and walking. We have grown to like the tranquil parks sites as they are adult only and often in nice locations. 😃👍🏻 Trev & Sue

What a beautiful area. Didn’t realise what a lovely place it is. I’m getting to the age where I want peace and quiet but still do a mix of campsites with kids, festivals and adult only. Will sausages feature at Hermanfest? Take care Gill

Wee have been away inn Nessa on the Bank Holiday just gone. Not sure if we have better fuel economy since thee new gearbox has been fitted, or a new issue with the fuel gauge.
Your campsite location looks very interesting with plenty to do locally.
We tend to go hookup free on big sites, as they tend to be quieter parts of a site.
Well, no hookups mean the tent field in this case, @Simon_W74. However, it was fully booked up - tents and kids everywhere 🤣🤣
@@HermanHitstheRoad The site we go to that is in Thetford Forest most families with Kids tend to go for a hookup as there take everything kitchen item including the sink.
