Post this video more to inspire new ideas. As a pure bosser, though cheap and crazy damage, it has limitations as pointed out in the video.
Actually it can be built to do normal mapping (e.g. Jugg with defense layers, and high attack speed mace, use Ground Slam of Earthshaking for mapping, and weapon swap to Erqi for bossing or essence farming). I tried it, and it feels okayish. Oneshot 99% monsters, except those busted rares.

It's using Ground Slam of Earthshaking, and the initial hit + impales (can be triggered from cyclone) can reach 190M damage, which is enough for 99% monsters/bosses, while still have decent survivability and mapping speed.
It can kill 99% non-uber-boss and non-phase monsters/bosses (except those super tanky wisp rares).
For uber bossing, need to do some gear swap following this video (and no need to touch the skill tree).

bro did this with lvl 19 gem with level 12 supports (as the highest gem level) and auras, no vuln, no weapon quality. Could make an actual functional build with half the damage and proper defenses probably.
You just have more iq then all people who know poe well done 👍🏻👌
@@Cyclopsided proper defenses would cost you 40x this builds cost, and you would still die to ubers if you dont one shot them so its meaningless
@@305killer that is true, and the right solution is to build a mapping version with defenses (which can easily oneshot most non-uber-boss monsters, if not considering the 10k wisp rares). And for uber bossing, do a gear swap (no need to touch the skill tree) should be enough.

I wonder if the tincture that increases dps per spell recently can be abused, you eq and then cast unearth 100 times? Awesome video haha. I am running similar setup on nebuloch enduranfe stacker tank jug, gonna test this therr, it seems nebuloch can be cool with this skill, especially maybe even woth pyroclast mines of the saboteur, that 5k dps per mine can be crazy with this skill. With charms you can make it happen on Jug but sabo might be best here. To be honest the dps per spell cast might even work with pyrco clast mine of sabo no?
I league started EQ of Amp with generals cry. Really strong build.
This is legit what I used to do on my slow and steady slammer, sure it didn't have this level of power since the new EQ is hilarious, but you would slowly swing and if you didn't die... the screen just detonated with a screenwide slam.
Hmmm, I have a slam ready character, might test some of the others, snaking was kinda good.
I remember ppl hyping this skill up before leaguestart a lot - and then noone actually tried it. So many skills still lying around largely unexplored (I'm currently building a raise spectre of transcience plug & play necro to try all the corpses available this league) - thx 4 the showcase
It's clunky. It's ONLY usable against uber Exarch/Eater. People prefer more versatile builds
yeah i feel like this was a bad league to explore new gems, coz everyone just wanted to min max and meta whore so they could post a mirror drop on reddit

the problem is that is bad at mapping, you need the vaal trans version wich will be always a little pricy at league start

it gets even better, you can probably spam unearth or a OOM channeling spell with a tincture with the 18% inc attack damage per spell cast in the past 8s mod (+tincture nodes).

actually it might be clunky if it doesn't reverse-snapshot. you already can't afford much more windup time once the boss is aggro
he needs the tincture that gives base crit, otherwise he can't use marylenes and still get crits without huge investments. Marylene's and that tincture is key to the damage numbers here.

Super cool idea. Are you actually getting the bonus from your tincture though? Seeing as your mines explode to give you impale wouldn't that cause the full life mods to disable?
You impale with attack, then trigger with mines.

one problem i see with this setup is you need too slam the ground somwere so you dont hit the target with the initial impact or you loose the full life benefit.
If I understand correctly, if the initial hit crits, the aftershock will also crit. Also the impaler buff from initial hit expires after 4 seconds, so that aftershock can apply impales again.
You can use bear trap to trigger 180% impale effect.

Improvement to that build, change from elemntalist to slayer disable shock take: headsman/impact/overhelm move traveling node from witch into exceptional perfomance, if skill duration is fake then take vanquisher, big dps improvment :) (i'm skipping things like aw gems quality, bcs people already talked about this) also if you want to take it further equip writhing jar, spawn kill worms then unequip flask for 10% more :P
Yeah I believe there's huge room to take it further with more budget. Besides what u already mentioned, things like phase run, impale last additional hit (20% more dmg), polished gears, more skill duration from trees, spectre of dancing blade (inc effect + impale additional hit), etc. all together, the dmg might kill 10 ubers if not more, but it's not that necessary.
It does worth exploring though to make it tankier and can do mapping.

I was also thinking about kaom's spirit and a lot of regen to be able to trigger Berserker's ability that grants 50% more damage to exerted attacks.
you can do that but it's only 20% more attack dmg (more attack speed does nothing to the oneshot) and need an extra socket....we are already socket starve.

Interesting for bossing, not sure how this build could be worth using anywhere else tho. Any content that would be able to make use of this besides straight bossing?
I tried making something like this but my build was less polished, took two+ hits for ubers since I couldn't always skip the phase.
It's possible to use ground slam of earthshaking as a mapping version to oneshot most things

I don't have a marauder or duelist char, so simply use witch.

Sure, if you apply 1 instance of impale with hit damage X, then for the next 5 hits against the impaled enemy, each hit will add 10% of X on top, so 5 hits (from stormblast mine) can add 50% of X damage.
Now I have ~83% increased impale effect, so for each hit, instead of add 10% of X, it add 10% * 1.83 = 18.3% of X, and 5 hits can add 91.5% of X.
Now with Impaler, it applies 5 instances of impale, so 5 hits can aadd 91.5% * 5 = 457.5% of X. With that said, impale gives 457.5% more damage.
storm blast proc impale for 5 instances so is more damage

It's a very similar build to what I did, but my build can catch uberbos with an extreme shot.
It's not possible to maping, but it's a fun build.

I tried on POB first to test ideas
Now add unearth spam with flask with 18% increased damage per cast to that ;p got one with crit multi hehe. Going impale is pretty sweet idea.
And loose 80% base crit, going from 42 to 2.5 base?

Would this be better on an assassin utilizing ralakesh for the additional crit multi from power charges
It already has ~900% multi and has diminishing returns. Prefer inc dmg and more dmg, and impale last one additional hit

Why do you need the mines for impale? I am confused. Also, what if you don't crit on your first hit?
Impales need to be activated by hits (any hit, so mine is good because it gives "inc damage taken" aura at the same time).
Crit chance is capped with the tincture.

Tried this in Std before league and while it is a horrible mapper, it did oneshot almost anything

@@tri1777 No tinctures in Std, of course I tried the duration scaling portion, but for bleeds, imagine if he could get the legacy helmet enchant for Earthquake damage...

If you invest a very small amount of money, you can get rid of Uber Boss with an extreme shot without using a lot of buttons.
To do that, we need Dialla's Maleaction, Ashes of the Stars, and Environment Support

Yeah I believe so. The damage ceiling of this setup is just so high that there could be different versions. Yours features the literally "one" shot and less button, mine features budget and easy setup, both worked fine

not work for the "on full life" part, since only the first mirage will hit enemy on full life, also the mirage will do the initial hit on the boss so the boss is no longer on full life for the aftershock

sad part is, to make char it's all about budget and buying stuff, for me as unexperienced player which barely started and don't know this game even in half way, it's beyond imagination to get this much chaos gems
400c is about 20 minutes of farm once you reach the end game and you follow any farming strat

There are differences though: he's mostly scaling the delay duration, and a bit higher budget but less button. Mine is more easy and budget setup by utilizing Impaler keystone and Marylene's Fallacy, and the warcry helmet.

210% effectiveness * 26 hits = 5460% weapon damage
Though that obviously only really works specifically against bosses with no other mobs. Use flask recharge + soul ripper for multi phase bosses
