I've watched several of your videos and I love that you teach and help consultants with strategies on getting to the next step in Mary Kay. I'm a few months in I hit my goal of achieving Soar to close out June and now I want to start building a team so thank you.

I did the BIG W work on me! I am a team building machine now thanks to the amazing EMILY SCHUETTE!!! I FINALLY learned how to find the thing behind the thing! And I memorized the MAGIC SCRIPT and use it ALLLLLLLL the time!

Emily I am Canadian and I have to thank you so much for everything you’ve contributed to my Mary Kay year this past year when I found you I changed everything about the way I interviewed potential teammates and that has been a huge game game changer. I also started working with a group in Ontario. I’m from Manitoba called sales Academy and these gals have been doing a lot of work to encourage us to do better in our businesses but how to do better by consistently going full circle and doing the work. I do celebrate my win. My goal was Ruby star and red jacket and on the last day I hit diamond star with eight consultants five active. I’m pretty excited about this video and the way you talk about concepts and attaching outcomes because I really do believe that I want to build my business in a way that produces outcomes that I have an idea but bottom line I’m building my business.
