DW 3 gave us the best music, DW 4 brought the series to PC and was addictive as hell, DW 5 had the best intro ever and kickass music, DW 6 was a mistake that nearly killed the series in eyes of many, but luckily, DW 7 brought everything back to how it should be and a bit further to boot.
And now, DW 8, freaking perfection!
I'm such a die hard fan of these games I bought the PS3 specifically for these games. Now DW 8 and the upcoming samurai warriors 4. Koei keeping busy.
I play dynasty warriors since 2004 and i got no ps3 or xbox 360 to play. I just want this game to appear in pc too. Btw I believe KOEI took her long time to make Yue Jin a playable character, if you read his lore he was among the 5 most mightiest generals of Wei. Gj Koei
I played the earlier versions of this game when I was younger, this looks freaking awesome
did koei say anything about can the online co op or any online feature can link internationaly yet? Like the japanese version can play with the english version and chinese version online. coz as i remember dw 7 cannot do that
Actually Zuo Ci was already part of the Romance Three Kingdoms since the Battle of Xu Chang. I mean someone who tips the scale between the kingdoms, like Shiro and Masumi of the "Ryuurouden" manga

WOW! The way they attack and the musou attack are awesome this is a game i would play 24hrs non stop and hopefully they put the internet so people can play online with friends or strangers. I can't wait till it's release out for the US.

I'm praying for this to be available on Xbox 360, please don't neglect your long time fans KOEI.
Oh I didn't forget, if DW8 gets localized it is guaranteed to be on PS3(It's in the top left corner throughout the trailer after all, starting at 0:12 ). As for the Xbox 360 and Wii U... the chances are a lot slimmer.
Not only is this game coming out overseas, not only is this game coming out in english, not only is this game coming out for the ps3 and the xbox 360, but I will buy this game...I am so proud of this franchise....

The Japanese trailer is cooler than the English in my opinion.

They actually put work in it for once! Characters have their unique, signature weapons!!!

they made the story mode kinda like 4's there are these "what if" scenarios that you can do and all, i dunno but i think that can kinda extend replayability
Does this game has Character edit/creation like in DW7?
All Dynasty Warriors should have that. In every DW game I play where that's an option; my own created character is all I ever pick. And the Qiao sisters because I love them.

I like it being extreme. If i wanted a realistic sword fighting game, i'd go and buy one. DW is just an insane mashup, killing everything that moves. It's just entertaining. If they made a full gore version it would be incredible.
oh actually thats not what i mean. i kno the game have online co op, what i mean is can you play online with other version. Like one person is playing US version of dw and the other person is japanese version of dw, can they play together online. coz for dw 7, US version can only play with US version, JP version can only play with JP version

The old DW was better 1.Youre not op 2. Serious angry facial expressions 3. Lubu is near impossible to beat 4. You can get your ass beat by 1 soldier easily

If they're doing it like they're doing 7: Empires, it's gonna be download only, PS3 only, and English subbed instead of dubbed unless they get voice actors. Still, the fact that we'd still be getting it would be fine with me.
