Talking to Northeast Live, General Secretary of UNLF Pambei Group Ch Thanil said that UNLF Pambei Group will sign a ceasefire and Peace Talk agreement soon

UNLF was formed in 24 Nov 1964, with the ideology of separation from India and start taking shelter on Tamu sagaing region(Sagaing reagion) in Myanmar. Attacked Indian army, Banned Bollywood movie, Boycott independence day etc etc. But the story change after Myanmar civil war in 2021.Their Camp was captured by Kuki National Army Burma and PDF. So out of no choice they are compelled to sign ceasefire agreement with Centre.

Now they will be fed well, live like kings and will be in constant talks with the GOI, if what happens in Nagaland is replicated, goons aka freedom fighters will become the boss and the meitei society will slide backwards.
