Struggled with all of the exact same confounding feelings reflected in this message. I've been trying but not hard enough to accept the outcome and to fully trust in the Lord. I have watched Pastor Wesley preaching videos for years now and have been blessed by them but this one, I will agree to disagree. I respect him so much. To answer your question, I was a Democrat all my life until this election. I currently consider myself an independent thinker and voter who voted against a party that I feel have failed us black people miserably. for the first time in my life I voted for a candidate on the Republican party who I don't agree with 100% but feel that this time around we need to try something different and see where it leads us.
And I have to say Obama's home restoration program to save my home thank God the West 137th Congress back in 1968 that are approved franchises help save my business is and that was a democratic Congress and a Democratic president the Voting Rights Act the Civil Rights bill accommodations welfare reform the stimulus package of 2012 2000-2008 all Democratic Congress and democratic presidents
