Gr8 storyline with twist of Stephanie being unknowingly responsible but Andy literally responsible. I still put this 2nd to Eden's rape storyline on Santa Barbara, though. Especially with Eden's being in the late 1980's and far ahead of its time. SB had a twist on who the rapist turned out to be that left fans jaws on the floor. Unimaginable and unforgettable! And thank goodness this was back when you had to warch to know what was going on. Spoilers were minimal and the reveal (and really the entire storline) was edge of your seat entertainment at its best! If you've never seen it, you can now on youtube. I challenge you to watch it and not be impressed by the acting, writing, production, and music effects. If you are a true soap fan i guarantee to you that it will not be a waste of your time! I still remember the storyline after all these years, and i was 12 years old when it played out. Both are classic storylines respective to their show and the genre!

@@babydee1920 Brooke evaded an attempted abduction by fighting her way out of it. (In Season 1) It was awful but not near as bad as what Caroline went through. Caroline suffered a horrible rape.

Gr8 storyline with twist of Stephanie being unknowingly responsible but Andy literally responsible.
I still put this 2nd to Eden's rape storyline on Santa Barbara, though. Especially with Eden's being in the late 1980's and far ahead of its time. SB had a twist on who the rapist turned out to be that left fans jaws on the floor. Unimaginable and unforgettable! And thank goodness this was back when you had to warch to know what was going on. Spoilers were minimal and the reveal (and really the entire storline) was edge of your seat entertainment at its best! If you've never seen it, you can now on youtube. I challenge you to watch it and not be impressed by the acting, writing, production, and music effects. If you are a true soap fan i guarantee to you that it will not be a waste of your time! I still remember the storyline after all these years, and i was 12 years old when it played out.
Both are classic storylines respective to their show and the genre!

Don't also forget Andy raped Brooke. Not Stephanie did it. Of course she set them up and she made a mistake by giving that key for sure and has responsibility for that. However if Andy was a decent man nothing would have happend. He is the primary villain and the one who comitted the crime.

I love bold and the beautiful but this could of still been a powerful rape survivor story line if he literally found the key or was a stalker. I thought it disturbing that a fellow woman would tell any man especially a stranger where a key is. Stephanie could of still been apart of it but not like that just the introduction should of been enough

If Brooke was really over the rape-thing, she wouldn't throw it in everybodys face all of the time.. She doesn't need to forgive Stephanie for what she did or didn't do.. But many of Brookes choices in the past led to this..

Her sons Ridge and Thorne were grown, experienced men when they CHOSE to sleep with and marry Brooke.
