- Lock-Stitch WorkStation built by PROFEEL ( profeel@profeel.it ) is equipped with a top-feed single needle machine with thread-trimmer, foot lifter and back-tack. Air Floatation, Stacker and ZYPPY Edge Guide make this unit very flexible and productive. The sewing machine head in this case is a JUKI-DLU-5490. Any other brand can be used (also Chain-stich).
A photocell allows automatic stop and stack at the end of the seaming operation. Whatch also Video for Serging Workstation: www.youtube.com...
I did this for years saved my money got ahead. Those were happy days, me and one with the machines.

they don't make a good wage and I have to bandage their fingers when the y get a needle through them. This happens a lot in our factory.
If they are unable to work after the injury, we send them home for good and hire the next eager worker to replace them.
I hope they pay the lady well. I can't imagine sewing like that all day, every day, for weeks, months, years.. possibly decades!

2. Top side have like press guide (antisipation moving the fabric).
3. Front side have tool for arrange fabric (finish sewn).

The owners never pay workers well and they never will since they extract from workers' labour what is known as Surplus Value, i.e., profit. My advice to you is, next time you apply for a job make sure the job states clearly, " provides a fun time for all". That's why its called work no matter how you cut it.
