Hi, you are welcome,
In fact we need to use good quality solder flux ( can be gel or lequid) for that step this will insure good solder join between the CPU BGA and board pads during reflwo,
Yes some they call this solder Paste but solder Paste is defferent that's a gray color thick flux can be used for anther way of BGA reballing plus other use.
