Can you maneuver it very well with just one person in the boat? And how much adjustment is there for the back seat to come ahead if one person wants to be a little bit more centered?

I saw things in your video that were never brought up in other reviews.. like when you closed the value right before putting the seats in.. and I didn’t know the seats were Velcro.. you had a great review.. I had to stop it to write this review.. lol., going to finish watching it now.. but thank you for a thorough review on setting it up!! We’re hoping to take our kayak out on Sunday!!

I bought the K2 Intex explorer also, I found it to be easy to fill up and maneuver but the one thing we had a problem with was the location we chose to kayak at. It was surrounded by lots of pine trees on a hot summer day. so we (my wife and I) were constantly being bitten by mosquitoes. Next time we will wear some bug repellent to prepare ourselves.

Tom Beck Hi Tom! Yes you can use this kayak with just one adult. My husband and I have done that a couple of times. We just install the back seat only, but Velcro it slightly more forward than we do when our kids are with us. However, Intex also has an inflatable one-person kayak that is not as long. It’s the Intex Challenger K1 that you might look into. ~ Ginni

Oh, it's really easy to deflate. They have a bigger valve below where you air it up to deflate it that releases the air quickly. I'd say the hardest part is making sure the water/sand are out before you fold it all back up. Overall great kayak. We've had a blast on it. ~ John

In my experience with kayaks, unless the water is extemely calm and flat, you'd want to stay under 360 pounds.

It takes just a few seconds because like he said you have a big valve that you can unscrew like with the intex beds and then the air can flow freely.

A gauge? Just inflate it until it's inflated.
Over inflating means it will burst, one does have to consider the sharp sand and stones.

You spent almost the whole video pumping. Use an electric pump buddy and don't film it.
