Devil Summoner series is (was) older spin-off series than Persona (precursor of Digimon series). This track is from SMT Devil Summoner Soul Hackers (1997) from Sega Saturn / PSX, composed and arranged by Shoji Meguro. Only 3DS remaster have official localization, Saturn and PSX version never was released outside of Japan (censorship, Sony and Sega banned localization of Devil Summoner games in 1996 and 1998).
This should have more views, one of the most underrated tracks in the whole SMT series
