It's Christmas dinner.
We always see cookery shows on mainstream TV in the safety and warmth of plush kitchens. They should keep a spot open for Andrews wonderful efforts also great entertainment as he's such a warm hearted soul who just adores his lifestyle
I dont know what im more impressed by: The video, the food, or his food consumption.
OMG that's the biggest Yorkshire pudding I have ever seen.I liked the hanging sock too.Dinner looks really good,only thing missing is the sprouts.Cheers.

I love cooking a big old Turkey and homemade dressing plus all the trimmings ,such as mashed potatoes, brown or white gravy, cranberry sauce, hot rolls , corn , green beans and maybe a dessert. You can't go wrong with this meal. Andy cooks good food alot and my mouth waters every time he takes a bite. He is a good cook. Another guy that is a good cook is joe Jensen of the tent series. And I could name a few more but this is Andy's channel. I like andy . Another thing he does good is build a fire. He knows how to do anything . Hang in there andy . Looking good. Stay safe.

Kent Survival - Hmmmpf, what do they know? I know they invented it, but it’s an essential structural part of any roast - how else do you contain the gravy ponds?
Absolutely, always room for a Yorkshire, especially when you wanna contain the heat of a Christmas dinner eaten in the woods in deepest Kent in the middle of December. When i put it like that it sounds like an odd thing to do. but to lads like us its perfectly normal.

I am watching this 5 years after the post. It looks good. Personally, I would add a little water to the potatoes. They tend to not burn as bad with a little H2O. Over in West Texas, we generally eat cornbread dressing but your stuffing looks good. Happy Christmas to you, my friend, from Texas fan ... in February 2023. Thanks for the great video.

Great looking Christmas Dinner! Loved the pudding idea in the wild. One of my tricks for a high carbo breakfast before a long hike is to make a rice porridge for breakfast using "instant/5 minute" rice in a bag and then use the boiling water for tea. Carbo loading on a multi day trip.
