I work in a drug rehab and this literally happened to me twice in two weeks. One person with schizophrenia who I never interacted with asked me what the scripture was at church in Sunday, last week another one with borderline personality disorder told me she could sense the Holy Spirit strong in me, and I'm a mighty woman of God. Then she asked for a hug. I hugged her, why because the Holy Spirit told me when I first went to work there that they don't know love because they've never been shown love. HOWEVER, Tuesday morning the Lord started ministering this scripture to me. I realized that they both identified me through demonic means. Especially the last woman, what I got was the demons were identifying who I am to her, so she would know who she's dealing with. It was also a warning to me to keep people at bay and be aware of what they say to me, especially at work.
We are the remnant army, we must sharpen our spiritual weapons, i.e, the SPIRIT WORD = S'WORD' of the Word of God. A few months ago I came across Chris Garcia CZcams page, thought nothing of it when he brought his wife over and she went on to describe the urgent message of "A SHAKING" that is coming to the church ..and how God wants the true "BRIDE" to wait and stir up the kingdom -not a quote, but paraphrasing I completely dismissed the message until I got reminded of it through Tiphani's message of a shaking etc etc... While these are not exhaustive lists, they do convey the truth that dreams and visions were not unusual or unlikely in Bible times, and the same is true today. God continues to speak to His people in this fashion. For Spirit-led believers, these prophetic moments can be opportunities to redirect, refocus and reconnect to the plans and purposes of their heavenly Father.

The Holy Ghost forbid them to preach the gospel it didn't forbid them to pray for those people. Those are two different things. They didn't have to set foot in that place to pray for them. We should never cease to pray, and it's not wrong to pray for people it's God's will that we will all repent and be saved.
