- Anza Borrego has been on our travel list for a while now and only living 2 hours away, we decided to pack our vehicles after work and head to the desert for a quick overnighter. Driving through the canyons of Anza Borrego left us feeling like we were on a different planet and our favorite chili recipe had us sleeping good at night!
