Congrats mate. Sadly getting a licence is the easy bit atm. Finding a job is nearly impossible. Best advice is don't turn your nose up at class 2 work to get you in the door and physically go out to anywhere local with CV in hand

I bought a T cab years ago, I was exactly the same as you when I first pulled off in it. It’s terrifying for the first 10 minutes. But once you get the hang of it there’s nothing like it. I wish I still had it.👍
I truly wish you all the best I really don’t like some of the negative comments on here but I suppose you have to take the rough with the smooth. Either way I hope you crack on, I was probably a bit of a sceptic in the beginning but to be fair I wish you well. On a personal note could you just be a bit more gentle on most things, I’m sure you do it for content but it makes me cringe.👍👍

14:50 glad you liked rh scott! yard is about an hour from me and i go camping in the village every year. lovely trucks - they have rigids and tractors, scanias, volvos and even some scanias with bull bars.
That is like a life goal to be honest or a holy grail.
To be a trucker and be able to get your own model truck made for you.

I remember stuart from many years ago. Im not sure if its the same tcab in the vid or a previous one he had but i always remember the rear of the cab was painted “toothless and fancy free” another memory ill never forget.

Tekno are the original manufacturer of 1:50th scale trucks. And the good ones are made in Holland. I like the older trucks like Scania Vabis and Scania 141, 140 super, 142, 143. 144L, Volvo F88/89, F16, F12/10. I also collect Conrad 1:50 scale trucks.

Great video Tim. Love to see you nervously driving the T cab, which if you could have done deal, it would have been on the trailer,one day you will own one. I think nipper box of 4 series parts will be disappearing very fast into Tim unit.

I really love that t cab soon Tim you will be driving your own one on your colours and stuff with the new trailer I can’t wait to see the 4 series when that’s done the Volvo as well can’t wait for that and the V8 Volvo hopefully you can do something with it and like have it as a work truck I know you have cancelled the v8 Volvo but you can still a good job on it

@23:56 What scale is that model? I've been trying to find high-end collectible 1/64 scale diecast Scania truck models but they are hard to find here in the US. I want some Scanias in 1/64 scale so I can display them with my 1/64 scale Freightliner, Kenworth, Mack, and Peterbilt US spec trucks that DCP by First Gear makes. If you guys over in the UK have never seen the models DCP by First Gear make you should look them up online. They make very nice diecast trucks in both 1/64 and 1/50 scale but 1/64 scale is what most of their models are made in.
