A giant Buddha statue is unearthed in a small rural town. The mayor believes that it will change the town into a major tourist attraction. However, a catastrophe starts to grow. A centuries-old curse is unleashed from the statue, and it starts to eat up people's souls and make them non-human. Jung Ki-hoon, as archaeologist tries to seek the truth behind the paranormal phenomenon.

I watched this, too. I give 4.8 / 5 of fun .. Umm WAIT !! For some comments. In the series, that's just a sculpture made of sand with a demon inside. That was not the real Buddha na - ..- ' . The true Buddha is his teaching that teaches you how to handle any sadnesses in your life to get your mind back to a normal balanced life. that's it.
I th8nk will have season 2. As the ending episode did reveal it . But definitely this is 2 years ago drama as I watch it too

I'm a fan of K-pop and K-drama, but I don't like this, don't use the Buddha statue for such things, Lord Buddha is a great and kind noble, it's impossible for someone like him to harm another person even in the slightest, he has lived a sarasankeyya kalpa lakshayak times. A person who has acquired virtues, a person who has brought about complete healing to the world's creatures, therefore he is a person who has received praise from all three worlds.I hope you will understand🥰🥰💙💙💓💓
