In between visits to this amazing city, when I feel I need a "Rome fix", I watch one of your videos, and feel like I'm there...without the 11 hour plane flight. ;) Thanks for what you do! :)
Was there last year in May at this time. Book a tour of the collosseum and the Roman Forum, avoid the lines and it's very informative. This looks even more crowded than last year! Tour avoids the lines you see here. Even though it's very busy it's worth it! Amazing! Once you get away from the main attractions it's not that crowded as you can see.
I was there on Sunday, May 12 and it was shoulder to shoulder most of the time in the Colosseum. Too many people. plus there was the Breast awareness run going on outside adding another few thousand people. It was overload. BUT the Colosseum sights inside were amazing.
Amazing! My first time seeing this. The workmanship in the basilica is marvelous. The underground area seems large and so awesome to see the murals still intact from this long ago period. I am in awe. Thank you so much for sharing. What a delight.🥰❤️
Ci credo. Non è nemmeno intelligente fare un paragone tra Roma e quel posto li. Non credo che Disneyland abbia dietro della storia. Cos'è Disneyland? Un agglomerato di cose finte per un divertimento fasullo
@@danielafosco3446 Disneyland is notorious for crowds and long lines. It looks like Rome is even worse. With such crowds it makes things very uncomfortable. I don’t know how Romans can stand it.
I've been to San Clemente twice. Both times, photography was not allowed. Have they changed the rules? I would love to take a few pictures of the beautiful mosaic dome but i dont want to be kicked out. How were you able to do it? Thanks.
carin I'm going to Rome in Sept.I am not aware of any security check for the Colosseum. The Vatican has security check because it is the smallest country in the world.
We were walking around there on Friday, May 17th, so a week ago about 11am. I think that is the line to buy a ticket as we saw the ticket booth at the start of the line. It was much shorter at 11am. So best to go early. There were several men walking around asking if you wanted a tour in English....
Having been there most seasons I would say mid April to June is very beautiful, so is September-october. For me I prefer to avoid tourist season. And experience some sights other than collosseo and Fontana di Trevi. They are nice but do also experience a glass of wine and the amazing view in the dusk at Fontana dell'Acqua Paola, an evening stroll in charming Trastevere after an amazing meal. There is so much to Rome that many people miss out on.
I was there from the 3rd to the 10th may 24 it was crowded and i found the city very dirty the streets are a disgrace with holes and pavement missing the rubbish is piled high all over the city and there are very limited amount of public toilets we went to the Vatican it was like a cattle market i paid £260 for a tour and could not wait to get out the toilets in there where the worst i have ever seen in my life the bowl was just full of excrement and no water we toured Pompey hat was ok but again rammed with people and of course the colosseum that was very interesting and our guide was full of knowledge over all i would say the trip was interesting but all they care about is ripping you off at every opportunity and giving nothing back in return will never go back
8:49 to 8:51 to 8:54/30:59 to 8:57/30:59 What is that WEIRD SOUNDING Electronic Sound as this Teen" Blue Boy" crosses over, with His Blue Luggage and clothing? WHO is He? Is He the new Thomas Gainsbourough BLUE BOY of Rome's Colosseum?

Thank you so much Dave for the compliment. I really appreciate all your support.
Cities like this should be explored in the early morning. To avoid the crowd.
Thank you for another wonderful visit to Italy,Thank you for your dedication, keep healthy 😊
Thanks dear friend ❤️
Not one of these people will appreciate the beautiful buildings and attractions with it being this busy
We did!, it was amazing! Rome is a museum. So much to see! Highly recommended. We were in Rome, Florence and Venice! Amazing trip!

Its a beautiful view of the place in Italy thanks for sharing

Almost like being in the catacombs- so deep and old, well preserved, thankfully! Wonderful!
Many thanks! ❤️
That line is insane!
Old, stunning and amazing beauty! The work put into the floor and ceiling, breathtaking! Thank you for sharing, wish I had the health to be there!✨🙌🏽💫

Going there in 7 days😊
I’m so glad I went in April (after Easter) when it wasn’t so crowded. A magical and breathtaking experience
Thank you for your amazing video .New subscriber .Travelling there in a few days time 👍👍🇦🇺
Thanks for watching. Hope you have a great time in Rome
Every 'instagram worthy' location is overcrowded, but there are hundreds interesting places in Rome which are not
That's true
Can you give some area that is less crowded. Thank you
We’re going there next month.. I still need to purchase our tickets beforehand.
It's better to buy your tickets online
I went there the day before, the 9th. A bit of rain meant absolutely no queue.

What are the black and white squares(checkered) all over inside the basillica? I noticed one outside as well when you entered?

@@AmazingWalkingTour truly my pleasure.😊
"Quem tem boca vai à Roma"! Esse é um ditado popular aqui no Brasil.
Is the line to buy tickets or just get in? What if you already have a ticket? going in a couple
weeks. thanks
That line😢 what time of day was this?
I’ve seen shorter lines at Disneyland. 😮

The line at the Colosseum made the Guinness World Book Records
Hahaha 🤣
Thank you so much Paul for the financial support ❤️
@@AmazingWalkingTour next time i'm in Rome we dine near Trevi at a trattoria I know

I didn't know about the restrictions. I just went there and filmed. Nobody stopped me from filming.
I think you can’t use flash photography and that’s why photography was not allowed from what I know…
Can I ask you the long long line all around the colooseum , it's for the tickets or for entering the security check?

Next year is possibly the worst year to visit, 2025 is the Holy Year and Rome will be full of Christians every month
March.

Just old buildings and smelly roads
Sorry .No.
